They provide a wealth of valuable and interesting information on neurodiversity-related topics. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is the US Government’s mental health agency, offering resources, including a crisis hotline.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is the US Government’s agency for controlling and preventing infectious diseases and pathogens. They also provide information on mental illnesses, disorders, and conditions.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is a global organization focused on human health, and it provides a lot of information about autism.

If you are seeking advice about an assessment for your child, we recommend that you first check with your child’s primary care provider.
